If it says 30 days, it means 30 days.

Some accounts do not unsubscribe and may remain followers forever.

On non-premium services, accounts may sometimes get banned.

This is not so bad, as the account will remain a follower for another 6 months.

You will be refunded for the unsubscribed followers.

These topics are directly prohibited by Telegram, as stated when registering an account. We filter and cancel such orders.

⛔️ If premium accounts are not reflected in the statistics but are subscribed to the channel, no refund or re-run will be provided.

We never have situations where accounts are added without premiums on premium services.

However, occasionally, an account may be a subscriber, have premium status, but not show up in the statistics as a premium subscriber.

Here are the reasons:

1) Like everyone else, we boost premiums almost to the limit, making up to 900 subscriptions from one account.

If we limit the account further, we would have to raise the cost of services.

This factor might affect whether the premium account is counted in the statistics.

The longer the subscription duration you choose, the less likely this is to happen.

In other words, a 25-30 day premium service will reflect in the statistics better than a 7-day premium service.

2) During indexing, not all subscribers may be counted.

Even if the accounts have few subscriptions, they may not be counted in the statistics.

This may depend on when they were added; it's unknown.

This is how the system works, and we cannot influence it.

Most likely, the subscribers will be counted a few days after indexing; this happens too.
